Latosha Okam didn't stumble into design — she built her way here.
As the founder of L. Rochelle Designs, Latosha brings over a decade of residential and commercial real estate experience to every project she takes on. Educated in Finance at UNC Charlotte, she began her career in real estate before launching a successful property flipping business — where her instinct for luxury, function, and budget-conscious beauty set her projects apart from the rest.
Now, as a dedicated interior designer, Latosha channels that same precision and passion into crafting spaces that feel both intentional and deeply personal. Whether transforming a primary residence, a commercial environment, or a short-term rental, her signature approach is always the same: listen carefully, design boldly, and deliver beautifully.
