My Background
Hi there! My name is Latosha Okam and I am the Lead Designer and founder of L. Rochelle Design + Build. I always had a passion for real estate and interior design. I completed my education in Finance from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. After working in residential & commercial real estate for over 10+ years, I took the leap to start my own real estate flipping business. The rehab projects completed by my company were extremely successful due to my determination to provide luxury, style and functionality within budget. I am now focusing solely on design and would love the opportunity to work with you on your next project!
